Türkiye’ye ithal edilen makine ve teçhizatın montajı, bakımı, onarımı, kullanımına ilişkin eğitiminin verilmesi amaçlarıyla Türkiye’ye giriş tarihinden itibaren bir yıl içinde toplam üç ayı geçmemek ve bu durumu ibraz edeceği belgeler ile kanıtlayan yabancıya montaj vizesi verilir.

Bu vizeyi alan yabancılar çalışma vizesinden muaftır.
Muafiyet süreleri uzatılamaz. Muafiyet sürelerinden daha fazla çalışılacak olunması durumunda Bakanlıktan çalışma izni alınması zorunludur.

Montaj vizesi alan yabancılar, Türkiye'ye giriş yaptıkları tarihten itibaren en geç otuz gün içerisinde ve her halükarda faaliyetlerine başlamadan önce geliş amaçlarını, ne kadar süre ile ve nerede kalacaklarına ilişkin bilgileri, bulundukları yerin emniyet makamlarına bildirerek ikamet tezkeresi almak zorundadırlar. Muafiyet hükümlerinden yararlanacak yabancılara ilişkin sosyal güvenlikle ilgili yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi zorunludur. Bu madde kapsamında ikamet tezkeresi düzenlenen yabancıların kimlik bilgileri ile çalışacakları işyerlerinin unvan ve Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu işyeri sicil numaraları emniyet makamları tarafından her ay Bakanlığa bildirilir.

For mounting/assembling, maintaining, repairing or providing training regarding the imported (to Turkey) machinery and equipment; Staff from seller foreign company can get montage visa provided that they can certify. Foreigners who hold this visa are exempt from working visa.

One can get only three months in a year (Year starts from the date of entry into Turkey)

Exemption periods cannot be extended. In case of longer than the exemption period of work is needed work permit must be obtained from the Embassy/Ministry.

Assembly/montage visa holders (within thirty days from the date of their arrival in Turkey, in any case before starting their task) should inform the police authorities of their place about for how long and where they will stay. Social security obligations regarding foreigners who will benefit from the exemption must be fulfilled.

Documents to apply / Başvuru evrakı

1 : Manually filled visa application form by blue or black in capital letters, signed by the applicant, with 1 photograph affixed to it.

2 : The Passport should be issued less than 10 years ago & valid for at least 6 months &, beyond the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.
3 : 2 biometric photos (with a white background, taken in the last 6 months, with the face (including ears and all hair) clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size)
4 : Covering letter from employer on company letter head with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal. The letter should be also mention the expense guarantee clause.
5 : Agreement copy between the Turkish and Indian Company. (Agreement should mention period / duration of the assembly and the names & passport numbers of the assembly staffs.)
6 : Proforma Invoice of the machinery purchased / sold
7 : Notarized copy of the bill of lading of the product sold to Turkish company
8 : Original invitation letter from Turkey or color scanned copy with clear information. Invitation letter should have the Tax Number (VD Number) of the respective Turkish firm.
9 : Recommendation /Registration letter from relevant Chamber of Commerce
10 a) Last 3 months bank statement of company (for employer), in original or copies attested by bank
b) Last 3 months bank statement of personal, in original or copies attested by bank
11 a) Salary Slips / Certificates of the last three months and Form 16 (for employee)
b) GST (for employer)
12 : Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket
13 : Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey)
14 : If Agent is making the application on behalf of the applicant, letter of attorney from every applicant, in original
15 : Copies of first and last pages of the passport
