Online Application Service by Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK) on Equivalency Certification
Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) has initiated an online application system for the procedure of certifying equivalence and accreditation of university degrees from abroad, with the purpose of expediting the process and shortening the procedure.
Non-Turkish applicants may submit their applications via the following website:
https://www.yok.gov.tr/web/denklikbirimi
An information note by YÖK about the application procedure is enclosed (in Turkish).
