No: 252, 31 July 2017, Press Release Regarding The Terrorist Attack in Qatif Governorate of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ballistic Missile Attack Launched by the Houthi Militia Targeting Mecca
We condemn the terrorist attack perpetrated in Qatif Governorate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that caused death and injuries. We wish Allah’s mercy upon the Saudi security officer who lost his life as a result of this attack and a speedy recovery to the wounded, express our condolences to the brotherly people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Government and reiterate our solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the fight against terror.
At the same time, we condemn the targeting of Mecca, one of the most sacred places for Muslims, by a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militia in Yemen and welcome that the attack was thwarted by Saudi security forces.
