We learned with great sorrow that, as a result of a terrorist attack perpetrated against a Sufi shrine today (12 November) in Khuzdar city of the Balochistan Province of Pakistan, at least 30 people lost their lives including women and children, and more than 70 people were injured.

We strongly condemn this terrorist attack and wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, speedy recovery to the wounded, and convey our condolences to the Government and brotherly people of Pakistan.

We reiterate our conviction that such kind of attacks targeting at the culture of living together, peace and stability of Pakistan will not achieve their goal, and will not weaken Pakistan’s determination in its legitimate and resolute fight against terrorism. We reaffirm that Turkey will continue its solidarity in all areas with brotherly Pakistan.
