No: 163, 22 July 2016

We strongly condemn and denounce the inhumane terrorist acts perpetrated in Munich, sharing wholeheartedly the pain of the German people due to these heinous attacks. We convey our deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the attacks and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.

International solidarity and cooperation is essential in the fight against the scourge of terrorism which targets the common values of humanity. We are ready to provide every kind of support in this difficult time to our ally Germany with which we are in full solidarity in this fight.

Turkey, which carries out simultaneous fight against multiple terrorist organizations and feels the pain of terrorism in the most intense sense, will continue to resolutely fight against every mentality nurtured by the culture of terrorism and violence along with the international community and its allies.
